OCIW Deepa’s Demotion and the Amazing Clubs!! Awards Ceremony will be held Saturday, June 25 at the Buellton Marriott from 5 – 9 p.m.
It’s going to be an evening of Rotary hilarity along with recognition
of this year’s outstanding Club achievements. You’ve never experienced a
Governor’s demotion like this one so don’t delay. Space is limited.

Cost: $60/ person
Who Should Attend:
1) Every current club president or a representative from every club
2) Anyone who wants to have a great time sending Deepa on her merry way to PDG (Past District Governor)
3) All members who want to see their club recognized for all their hard work this past year!
Schedule of events
5-5:45 p.m. Cocktail Hour (No Host Bar)
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Buffet Dinner
7:00 – 7:30 Classy Demotion of our Governor (not!)
7:30 – 8:45 Presentation of Club Awards
9 p.m. – until the hotel shuts us down – Mango Margaritas in Deepa’s Suite! Click HERE

is limited for this event. You will not be registered until payment
is received. The registration deadline is June 18. Refunds will be
made until June 18; after that, there will be NO REFUNDS.
There
are a limited number of Buellton Marriott hotel rooms available at a
discounted rate of $189 so please contact (888) 236-2427 to make your
reservation. Please indicate District 5240 to receive the discount.
Reservations will be available starting April 19, 2011.
