Morro Bay Wastewater Reclamation Project

Joe and Scott will be discussing the status of the Morro Bay Wastewater Reclamation Project.  Joe has served Morro Bay for the past four years overseeing the water and wastewater services. He has 30 years of experience with professional engineering firms and local municipalities: Operator, Laboratory Director, Operations Start-up Specialist, Contract Operations, Project Manager, Construction Project Management, Operations Group Manager and Utilities Division Manager. Scott Collins is M.B. City Manager & a MB Rotarian.
